These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Wordrecipe ("Wordrecipe," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the Word Recipe platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Word Recipe is a recipe generation platform that allows users to:

• Generate recipes based on available ingredients
• Browse and discover curated recipes
• Save favorite recipes and create meal plans
• Access nutritional information and cooking tips
• Read blog articles about cooking and food

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Users may submit content such as reviews, comments, and recipe modifications. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have the right to submit such content
• Agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

5. Generated Content

Recipes and meal plans generated on our platform are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• Generated recipes may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Nutritional information is estimated and should not replace professional dietary advice
• Users should exercise their own judgment regarding food safety and allergies
• We are not responsible for any adverse effects from following generated recipes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Word Recipe. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Payments, Subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid subscriptions (such as Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. One-time purchases (such as e-books) are charged at the time of order. All charges, billing terms, taxes, currency conversion, and renewal mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.

You can cancel a subscription at any time via your account or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Word Recipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
