- 2 mediumPotatoes
- 1/2 cupChickpeas (cooked)

- 1 tspChaat masala
- 1 tbspJaggery

Boil and finely dice potatoes. Mix with cooked chickpeas, salt, cumin, and chaat masala for the filling.

Make pani (flavored water): blend mint, cilantro, green chilies, and a little water until smooth.

Strain the green mixture. Add cold water, black salt, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Chill well.

Make sweet chutney: dissolve tamarind paste and jaggery in warm water. Strain and chill.

To assemble: tap a small hole in the top of each puri shell.
